Protein is the most satiating of the three macronutrients, and it’s critical for keeping you full, improving your metabolism and synthesizing new muscle tissue. Protein has everything you want when you’re looking for a healthy snack. 

By stacking protein with healthy fats and fibre, you can create a healthy snack that is sure to keep you energized between meals. And on the days when you’re looking for something easy and delicious to eat that will help you hit your protein goals? Well, that’s where we come in with our ready-made snacks. 

Protein Balls 

New to the Impact Kitchen menu, these vegan energy balls are made with a blend of Impact Everyday chocolate plant-based protein, coconut flakes, almond butter, dates, and semi-sweet chocolate. Each ball has 5g of protein—that’s 15g of protein per pack!  

Almond Protein Brownies

And if you’re looking for something sweet to snack on, the Almond Protein Brownies are one of Impact’s OG baked goods—and for good reason! Made with Impact Everyday vanilla grass fed whey protein powder and almond butter, these grain-free brownies feel decadent, while also packing a serious protein punch.  

Protein Puddings

Both the Vanilla and the Chocolate Pudding are made with Impact Everyday’s grass-fed whey protein powder, so it really comes down to which flavour is your favourite. These are not only a great snack, they also make for the perfect after-dinner sweet treat. Are you team chocolate or vanilla?

Impact Smoothies

Craving something to sip on, but you want it to be nutrient dense? Try our smoothies! You can add protein powder—grass fed whey or plant-based—to any of Impact Kitchen’s smoothies to boost the satiety factor and bump up the protein. 

We’ve also added two new smoothies to our menu: Endurance, which is an antioxidant-packed strawberry banana smoothie, and Power Green, which is a refreshing green smoothie filled with fibre and micronutrients.
