Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
½ cup instant rolled oats
½ cup grated carrot
1 scoop Vanilla Impact Everyday Protein Powder(grass fed whey or plant based)
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp chopped pecans
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp greek yogurt
directions:
In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients.
Cover and chill overnight.
Top with greek yogurt and enjoy!
