Ingredients
Yield: 12 pancakes
2 cups almond flour
½ cup Impact Everyday Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate)
3 tsp baking powder
1 ¼ cup almond milk
1 egg
2 tbsp avocado oil
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and oil.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together to combine. Don’t overmix. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
